Sector Security’s Signal and Video Receiving Center, among the most advanced and secure nationwide, has been safeguarding clients with reliable services for over three decades.
Alarm Types
The Signal Receiving Center processes the following categories of alarms:
Fire
The fire department is immediately notified.
Personal Threat – Robbery
A silent signal is sent to our central station, alerting the police instantly.
Medical Assistance
The Central Station supervisor is alerted to any potential medical assistance required by the subscriber.
Burglary
Alarm codes are transmitted by zone, helping locate the intruder and directing the police or our Rapid Response Team.
Power Outage
The Central Station is alerted and responds if the outage is prolonged, potentially affecting system autonomy.
Telephone Line Function
Regular checks ensure proper communication between the security system and the console.
Custom Applications
Available upon agreement, such as monitoring refrigerated chamber temperatures or tank levels.
Battery Status
Continuous monitoring ensures system batteries operate correctly, with alerts sent to technical support and the client in case of low voltage.
Access Monitoring
Each user code generates signals for real-time monitoring of access.

Monitoring Center Services
Our services include schedule monitoring and immediate alerts for suspicious activity, continuous IP/GPRS surveillance with Global SIM for reliable communication, monthly operational reports, and rapid response capabilities with patrol units.
With advanced video analytics (Virtual Guard) and visual verification through cameras, we ensure prompt and reliable handling of every incident.
Schedule Monitoring
This service monitors the operating hours of the protected area based on its schedule. It detects any suspicious activity, such as disarming outside of permitted hours, at any time, including weekends and holidays. The system also ensures that the security system is properly armed after the end of operating hours. In both cases, the site’s security manager is immediately notified.
Open/Close Report
This service provides a monthly report, sent on the first working day of each month, detailing all activity of the security system during the previous month.
Global Sim
A special mobile SIM card is installed in the alarm’s GPRS unit, providing secure communication with the Signal Receiving Center. It works with all mobile providers (Cosmote, Vodafone, Wind), automatically connecting to the network with the strongest signal. In case of signal loss, it switches seamlessly to the next available network.
24/7 IP/GPRS Monitoring
This service provides continuous surveillance of the security system via IP or GPRS. Uninterrupted communication between the security system and the control console allows operators at the Signal Receiving Center to immediately detect any loss of communication due to tampering or network failure.
Immediate Intervention
Company patrol units are ready to intervene in the event of a security system activation to verify a potential burglary and provide assistance.
The service is available as Night Rapid Response (22:00–06:00) and 24-Hour Rapid Response.
If supported by the installed equipment, additional measures can be activated, such as a live audio announcement from the Central Station supervisor to deter and prevent the intrusion.
Virtual Guard
The most advanced form of continuous monitoring leverages video analytics from closed-circuit camera systems, effectively preventing potential criminal activity.

Patrol Services
To prevent vandalism and burglaries, Sector Security organizes regular patrols of client premises using staffed vehicles, at intervals and times tailored to each installation’s needs
Visual Verification
Upon receiving an alarm, our operators connect to the site’s CCTV system to confirm any potential intrusion.
IP Signal Reception
Leveraging IP technology, our Signal Receiving Center receives alarm signals faster, more securely, and more efficiently than traditional communication methods.
